Product status

To exercise the warranty on the product purchased from GOMEZRIAN S.R.L., hereinafter the company, it is necessary to take into account that the product and all its packaging (accessories, cables, batteries, manuals, cardboard box, etc.) must be in the same condition in which it was initially delivered by the company.

Legal

Legally, you have 2 business days from the date of purchase to return the product or exchange it for another one, as long as the product to be delivered is in the conditions indicated in the previous point. The company reserves the right to receive the product if its condition is not as indicated and, if necessary, the company must verify its correct functioning.

Necessary documentation

In order to exercise the warranty, it is necessary to always present the original purchase receipt or the company's warranty certificate. The company reserves the right to accept the warranty if this document is not presented.
